I'm 5'3" and I'm always nervous about buying dresses without trying them on and got myself a small since that's what I normally wear. I have wide set hips and had to wear it around for a while to stretch the dress to be able to move around and bend over but a great fit and it literally hugs you on all sides. Great dress for the price and would purchase again!
